Ellevate Academy Parent Code of Conduct & TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering with Ellevate Football Academy LLC (“Ellevate”, “the Academy”), you agree to the following:
1. Participation
I consent for myself/my child to participate in training sessions, matches, tournaments, camps, strength & conditioning sessions, and all activities organised or attended by Ellevate Football Academy.
I understand that football is a contact sport and involves inherent risks including injury, collision, concussion, or serious physical harm. Participation is voluntary and at my own risk.
2. Term & Attendance
- The Academy operates during published term dates.
- Make-up sessions are only provided if a session is cancelled by the Academy.
- No make-ups for holidays, short-term illness, or personal scheduling conflicts.
- Long-term injury (3+ consecutive sessions) requires a medical certificate for credit consideration.
- Sessions may proceed in various weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
3. Fees & Payments
- Fees must be paid in advance as per registration terms.
- Credit notes (if issued) are valid for 6 months only.
- Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances at management discretion and are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions. I understand that the fees I am paying comprise 30% administration and business costs and 70% services fee. In the event of a refund being awarded, only the service fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the affected sessions.
- I understand that if I make payment by cheque, and this cheque is returned by the bank for any reason, there will be an administrative charge of AED 100
4. Medical & Insurance
I confirm that the registered participant:
- Is physically fit to participate.
- Has disclosed all relevant medical conditions.
- Holds valid medical insurance coverage.
In the event of injury or emergency, I authorise the Academy to arrange appropriate medical treatment.
5. Support the Development of All Players
Parents/Guardians will:
- Encourage effort, learning, and improvement above winning.
- Recognise that every player develops at their own pace.
- Celebrate good performances, teamwork, and positive behaviour.
- Allow coaches to coach and players to play.
- Help facilitate player engagement through our development app
6. Respect Coaches and Staff
Parents/Guardians will:
- Treat all coaches, staff, officials, and volunteers with respect at all times.
- Recognise that coaches make decisions based on the best interests of individual players and the team.
- Avoid confronting coaches before, during, or immediately after training sessions or matches.
- Arrange meetings through the appropriate channels if discussion is required.
Parents/Guardians will not:
- Coach from the sidelines.
- Undermine, criticise, or challenge coaches in front of players.
- Use abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language towards staff.
7. Respect Match Officials
Parents/Guardians will:
- Accept the decisions of referees and match officials.
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
- Encourage players to respect officials regardless of the outcome of the match.
Parents/Guardians will not:
- Challenge, abuse, intimidate, or confront referees.
- Enter the field of play to dispute decisions.
- Encourage players to question officials
8. Positive Sideline Behaviour
Parents/Guardians will:
- Applaud effort, commitment, and fair play from both teams.
- Create a positive and enjoyable training and matchday environment.
- Support all Academy players equally.
Parents/Guardians will not:
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
- Criticise players from either team.
- Engage in negative behaviour towards opposition players, coaches, or supporters.
- Behave in a manner that brings the Academy into disrepute.
9. Promote Respect and Inclusion
Parents/Guardians will:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect regardless of age, ability, gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, or background.
- Promote an inclusive environment where all players feel valued.
- Support Academy values both on and off the pitch.
Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
10. Player Welfare and Safeguarding
Parents/Guardians will:
- Prioritise the wellbeing, safety, and welfare of their child.
- Inform coaches of any medical conditions, injuries, or welfare concerns.
- Ensure emergency contact information is kept up to date.
- Support the Academy's safeguarding policies and procedures.
Parents/Guardians will not:
- Place excessive pressure on their child to perform.
- Use football as a source of punishment or criticism.
- Encourage unsafe behaviour.
11. Attendance and Commitment
Parents/Guardians will:
- Ensure players arrive on time for training sessions and matches.
- Notify coaches of absences as early as possible.
- Ensure players attend sessions appropriately equipped and prepared.
- Support Academy commitments and expectations throughout the season.
12. Communication Expectations
Parents/Guardians will:
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with Academy staff.
- Use official communication channels.
- Raise concerns constructively and privately.
Parents/Guardians will not:
- Use social media to criticise players, coaches, officials, staff, or the Academy.
- Engage in gossip, rumours, or behaviour that damages the Academy's reputation.
13. Social Media and Digital Conduct
Parents/Guardians will:
- Use social media responsibly.
- Support a positive online environment.
Parents/Guardians will not:
- Post negative comments about players, coaches, officials, opponents, or Academy decisions.
- Share images or content that could compromise player welfare or privacy.
- Engage in online abuse, harassment, or bullying.
14. Complaints & Communication Channels
Parents are encouraged to raise any concerns, feedback, or complaints through the official academy communication channels below. All matters will be reviewed and addressed in a professional, timely, and respectful manner.

Parents are requested to avoid informal or personal messaging channels to ensure proper tracking, accountability, and timely resolution of all concerns.
15. Academy Values
All parents and guardians are expected to demonstrate the Academy's core values:
- Unity
- Respect
- Growth
Breach of the Code of Conduct
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Verbal warning.
- Written warning.
- Removal from training or matchday attendance.
- Suspension from Academy activities.
- Termination of Academy membership in serious or repeated cases.
The Academy reserves the right to take any action necessary to protect the welfare of players, staff, officials, and the wider Academy community.
16. Photography & Media Consent
Photography or video recording by spectators during training sessions is not permitted unless authorised.
Unless you opt out via your registration profile, the Academy may capture photographs and videos for:
- Player development
- Marketing and promotional use
- Website and social media
- Press and sponsorship materials
Images will be used responsibly and in line with Academy standards.
17. Liability Waiver
I waive and release Ellevate Football Academy, its coaches, staff, venue operators, and partners from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by proven gross negligence.
Acceptance of these Terms is a condition of participation.
